Making your Reservation:
~ A deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve a specified site for a 7 or 12 month period. A deposit of $400 is required to reserve a space for a 3 month period
or more.
~ 3 month min. reservation is required for Dec-March
~ All reservations accepted with pre-payment by personal check
~ Anything less than an annual reservation, a space will be assigned on arrival
~ $7/month charge for a clothes washer in your unit
