Rates:
Includes water/sewage, garbage pickup & use of all Park Facilities

~ Weekly (includes electric)......$225 (incl. 11% tax)

Electric Billed Separately on All Monthly Rates
~ 1 Month....................................$525 (incl. 2.2% tax)
~ 3 Months.................................$1,575 (incl. 2.2% tax)
~ 4 Months.................................$2,100 (incl. 2.2% tax)
~ 7 Months..................................$2,590
* This rate entitles you to 7 months contunuous occupancy and then you
may leave your unit on your space unoccupied for the remaining 5 months.
~ 12 Months...............................$2,700

All rates are based on occupancy of no more than two persons per site.
Additional adults occupying a site are charged $3/day, $15/week or $40/month per person (consult office for child/guest policy).
