~ 1 Month....................................$550 (incl. 2.2% tax)
~ 3 Months.................................$1,575 (incl. 2.2% tax)
~ 4 Months.................................$2,100 (incl. 2.2% tax)
~ 5 Months.................................$2,590 (incl. 2.2% tax)
~ 7 Months..................................$2,685 (incl. 2.2% tax)
* This rate entitles you to 7 months contunuous occupancy and
then you
may leave your unit on your space unoccupied for the remaining 5 months.
~ 12 Months...............................$2,795 (incl. 2.2% tax)
All rates are based on occupancy of no more than two persons per
site.
Additional adults occupying a site are charged $3/day, $15/week or $40/month
per person (consult office for child/guest policy).

Notes: We are a 55+ community. One occupant must be at least 55 years of age
and the second occupant at least 45 years of age. Obtain Rules/Regulations at
